Patient Participation Group

The Patient Participation Group or PPG works in partnership with Heathview Medical Practice to:

• Contribute to continuous improvement of services and quality of care
• Foster improve communications between the practice and patients
• Provide practical support for the practice to help implement changes
• Help patients take more responsibility for their own health.
